Being a
very effective teacher requires a lot of different abilities and features.
Firstly you need to be good with people and you have to able to read people and
tune your actions based on your people skills. Secondly you need to know your
subject. Thirdly you have to have the knowledge to choose good teaching method
based on the current subject and people.
